Add or Replace Photos In Your-Run-Till-Sold Ad

Convert Run-Till-Sold Ad to Slide Show Ad

If you are already running a Run-Till-Sold $45 Ad through Cars On Line, you can easilly upgrade your ad to the 90-day Slideshow ad. This will give you the opportunity to run a 26-photo slideshow at a reduced price. The cost is only $35.00 for 90-days. Click Here to Convert to a Slide Show Ad from your existing $45 Ad.

(While you can convert a Run-Till-Sold Ad to a Slide Show Ad, we do not convert Slide Shows Ads into Run-Till-Sold Ads. Switching from a Slide Show Ad to a Run-Till-Sold Ad simply means that you need to submit an ad for a Run-Till-Sold in that format.)

Renew Slide Show Ad (with same photos)

To renew your Slide Show Ad. Use the Slide Show Renewal Form. If you would like to renew your existing Slide Show Ad for an additional 90 days you may do so for the cost of just $25.00. You may change your wording on your 200 word description. Please have your new 200 word description saved in a text file so you can paste it into the form. If you do not want to modify your ad please leave the description area blank. Payment is accepted online with Visa, American Express, Discover, or Mastercard. We will use your existing Slide Show Photos.

Renew Slide Show Ad with New Photos

If you wish to renew your Slide Show Ad for another 90 days but want to change your photos instead of keeping your existing ones, you can use our new SLIDE SHOW RENEWAL w/ PHOTOS Form. This will let you change all 26 photos on your slideshow if you wish. The cost for this is $35.00. Click Here to renew your Slide Show Ad With New Photos.

Mail-In Method

To use the mail-in method you would send your photos and description to Cars On Line through regular postal mail. Include a check or money order. Visa or Mastercard are also acceptable.

A convenient form is available for you to download and fill out. You can fill it out on your computer, print it out and send it in with your photos and description. There is a $10 charge for scanning in your photos so please make the check payable to Cars On Line for $55. If you are sending a slideshow we ask that you have the photos in a media format, if you send printed photos there is a $15 scanning charge.

If you are mailing your ad in we suggest that you overnight the ad or send it express mail because regular mail or media mail can take up to two weeks to be recieved. Also send a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want the photos or media file sent back to you.

Faxing your ad:

You can also print out your form and FAX it to: (262) 293-3749.
Then send us your photos attached via Email.

Faxed ads should be online within 24 hours of when we recieve the photos and fax.

By sending in your ad, you are agreeing to the terms of the Cars On Line Ad Agreement. It is suggested that you read the terms of the agreement in its entirety so that you know what you are agreeing to.

Online Submission Details

Current members should login to your listings page and place your ads there. New members please read everything below so that you know what to expect as you place your ad, any question you may have should be answered below! Your ad will be posted within 24 hours when you use our Secure Online Submission Form. Two separate forms are available:

  1. To run a regular Run-Till-Sold Ad with 4 photos click here.
    1. To place your ad, you will need to have your photos in a digital format. You may run up to four photos with each ad (if you choose the "extra photos" options you may ad extra photos for $5 each.) Either a digital camera or photo scanner device may be used to capture your photos in a digital format. You should have your photos on your hard drive to attach them to our form.
    2. And you should have your 100 word description saved in a text file so that you can cut and paste it into the form. (There is an additional $5 for every 100 extra words.)
    3. Payment is accepted online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. The cost is $45.00. (Additional Photos are $5 a piece, each additional 100 words is also $5 extra).
    4. Your ad will run until you sell your vehicle (check the ad agreement form for Run Till Sold limitations.)
  2. To run a 26-Photo Slide Show Ad for 90 Days, you must click 26-Photo Slide Show Ad.
    1. You should have your digital photos on your harddrive ready to link to our form. If your photo files are very large please email them to carsonline01@gmail.com, along with your name and the car you are listing. We will place the photos for you. Photos must be numbered in the order you want to place them, i.e., 1,2,3, etc.
    2. You should also have your 200 word description saved in a text file ready to paste into the form.
    3. Payment is accepted online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. The cost is $65.00 (additional 100 words is also $5 extra). Your ad will run for up to 90 days.

    4. The slideshow ads will be seen on our front page as a premium to our advertisers. They will appear in the order in which we recieve them and will cycle through the front page based on the same criteria, first on, first off. All ads rotate onto and off-of the front page as they come in.

We will try to get your ad on Cars On Line the SAME BUSINESS DAY (business day ends at 5 PM, CST) in which you submit your ad to us! If the ad comes in late in the business day, it will have a priority for the next day.

If you have any problems with the Cars On Line ad submission form, please call us at 1-800-880-5105 and we will walk you through the prodecure.

If your bandwidth is too small, or for some reason your internet browser is incompatible with our system, you may attach your photos to an email and send them to:
carsonline01@gmail.com. Then continue to submit the form online. We will match your photos with your online order here at our office.

If your order form has successfully transfered to our secure server, you will get a "THANK YOU" screen which will ask you if you want to return to Cars On Line. Be patient! This may sometimes take a few minutes to transfer depending on how busy the bandwidth is.
